I was born in Kamloops BC and now live in Calgary Alberta Canada. As a single mom of two, competitor and fitness model, my days are fulfilling but very busy. Diet and nutrition are vital with the lifestyle that I live. The proper amount of clean carbs and protein are essential to my diet and training. PVL products supplement my diet perfectly.

The Whey Gourmet has lots of different flavors and the MY-X140 is a great meal replacement when I just dont have time to eat in between training, kids and work. All the products mix well and taste fantastic. I am fortunate enough as an athlete to be sponsored by PVL, but even if I wasnt, this is the product I would purchase off the shelf!

I have been competing for three years, first in fitness, then figure, and now fitness model with the WNSO. I am currently training for the world championships PRO division in June in Toronto, Canada.
