My name is Jesse Pettersen, and I'm from Kelowna, BC. I'm 20 years old, and my goal is be the world's longest hitter of a golf ball. I have always been a natural athlete in most sports, but when I was 18 and hitting the ball nearly 400 yards, I figured long drive was the sport for me. My rookie year in 2004 was a great learning experience. I competed against the best in the world, and had moderate success, but without training and coaching I knew that I couldn't perform to my full potential.

• Earned a conditional tour card on the U.S. Long Drive circuit (Dallas, Texas; Longest Ball-397 yards)
• Competed in Tulsa, Oklahoma at a U.S. Long Drive Tour event (Beat a couple of the best in world head to head)
• Finished 2nd in a local Remax World Long Drive qualifier with a drive of 380 yards
• Hit a 450 yard bomb in a competition in Snohomish, Washington -Have won local events in Kelowna

So far it has been a very positive start to my 2005 year. I found a great coach in Sean Richardson out of Coyote Creek in Surrey, an excellent Sports Physiotherapist in Randy Goodman of Pinnacle Sports Physiotherapy in Kelowna, and an first class trainer in Ryan Taylor from Mission Fitness in Kelowna.

What made everything come together is when I got connected with PVL Nutrients through Ivan Masse, their rep for the Interior and Northern, BC.
