My name is Yvonne Timewell and I grew up in Kamloops, BC. From 1998-2006 I was on the BC Elite Provincial Triathlete Team which was an amazing experience. I have also had top 10 finishes at Ironman Canada.

Not only do I spend my days training hard and running daily. But am also very busy helping my husband with his business "Tri-Action Sports" I am also a wife and mother of my son Alexander who is four.

Since starting IronAde, It has gotten me through short intense workouts (thanks to IronAde Rev) and helped me keep my energy levels consistent on my 5 hour bike rides(CarboLoad).  I am also able to recovery faster with the use of ReLoad(my favorite: Triple Chocolate Reward......I mix it with my soy milk).  I am a very fortunate to be able to represent such an amazing product!!!
